Payment Methods:
The Center Press only accepts pre-paid orders, unless otherwise agreed to in advance. All orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx) or check. Payment must be in U.S. dollars and made payable to UC Regents.

 

Sales Tax
For Los Angeles County residents, please add 9.00% sales tax.
For California residents (outside of LA County), please add 7.50% sales tax.

 

Shipping and Handling:
Unless specified, all orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Add $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional. Allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
For international orders, please contact the Center Press directly for shipping costs.

 

Returns Policy:
All returns are subject to approval. Current editions of clean books in resellable condition are eligible for full credit at invoice discount if returned within 6 months of purchase date. Invoice information is required. Books returned without invoice information or beyond the time period will be credited at 50% of list. Books marred by non-removable labels will not be accepted.

 

Class Textbook Return Policy (UCLA):
Those who wish to return books MUST have filled out the provided sales form at the time of their original purchase to be able to return the books.
All items must be in sellable condition and unmarked. There will be no refunds for damaged copies.
Returns will only be processed at the Center Press/Publications Office (3241 Campbell Hall) during regular business hours.

 

 

 

Claims:
Report claims within one month of order date. Claims will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
